Being body confident is easier said than done. We all know we should love our bodies and all that but there's no point denying it - it can be really hard. Especially when we have to contend with celebrities and deal with stunning women all over our social media feeds but we are here to help. We've put together 10 hacks that will help you get body confidence STAT!

Body confidence is not something we are all born with, it's something we have to teach ourselves and work on. We all get 'fat days" and we all have "ugly days" but it's important to remember that even on your worst days you are amazing and your body is HOT.

So without further ado, here are 10 hacks to give you instant body confidence. Seriously ladies live by this and you will have Beyonce confidence in no time. *flicks hair*



1. Focus on the parts of your body you love.

We all have parts of our bodies that we hate but it's time to stop focusing on that and start focusing on your good bits. It could be your arms, your butt or your smile. Acknowledging something you like will shift the emphasis away from the bits you may not like. Embrace your good bits and work with it!



2. Dress to impress, yourself.

You know that cliche saying "look good, feel good" well it's actually very true. Make the effort to look good, doing this will make you feel good internally, thus boosting self-esteem and confidence. Wear your favourite top, put on some lipstick, go the extra mile and paint your nails, shave your legs...whatever it is that makes you feel amazing, DO IT!

3. Walk the walk.

We all know that woman, the woman that struts down the street oozing body confidence and turning heads. Be that woman. Walk the walk literally. Keep your head up, make eye contact, walk with good posture, hey maybe even smile at people. Add a little bounce to you step and see how great you'll feel.



4. Change your inner dialogue.

No it doesn't make you crazy, talk to yourself and talk positive. We live in a world which is more than happy to tear you down, to tell you you are not good enough or pretty enough, so it's up to you to make sure your fill your thoughts with positivity. Give yourself a prep talk, remind yourself of how beautiful you are. Like Sophia Loren once said, "Nothing makes a women more beautiful that the belief that she is beautiful." And guess what, you are A BABE!

5. Start accepting compliments.

If someone calls you beautiful or compliments you, accept the compliment, and appreciate it. Smile, say thank you and own it.



6. Stop comparing yourself to others.

Just don't do it, what could you possibly gain from this, that's positive. You don't have her body, you don't have her features, you have yours. Embrace it and love it. 7. Get active.

By now we all know the positive effects of working out, so we won't bore you. However, one thing to remember when you're working out is: you are not doing this to 'fix' your body, you're working out because you love your body. Working out doesn't have to be hell, find something you enjoy doing and do just that - enjoy it!



8. Fake it till you make it.

Unlike orgasms, faking confidence is completely acceptable. Picture the body confident woman you want to be, a woman who is self assured and loves herself, and play that role. Own the role, fake it enough and you will actually start to believe it.

9. Indulge in some me time.

Take some time out of your day to have some me time, even if it's just for 5 minutes. Use the time to de-stress and just chill out. Get away from everyday stresses and take a break. This will do a world of good for your mental health, and if you're good on the inside this will show on the outside.
