AUFEMININ Group”: refers to the AUFEMININ SA company and all the companies under its direct or indirect control as per the terms of article L233-3 of the Code of Commerce including Sofeminine.co.uk.

SOFEMININE”: refers to Sofeminine.co.uk, a company from AUFEMININ Group.

Partner(s)”: refers to any company other than a Sub-Contractor selected by any of the companies in the AUFEMININ Group with which it has drawn up a contract covering the provision and protection of Personal Data.

Sub-Contractor(s)”: refers to any company which might process Personal Data or Navigation Data for one of the companies in the AUFEMININ Group, in compliance with the instructions given by it or them.

II-1- What is a cookie?

A cookie covers any non-executable text file, tracer, website tag and other technology, such as transparent GIFs, clear GIFs or-web bugs (hereinafter known as "Cookies"), stored on the browser of your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) by AUFEMININ Group companies, our Sub-Contractors, or our Partners, as long as we have your consent when you continue your browsing around our sites and/or contents (referred to in the following as "Services"). The information contained in this file can only be read and/or modified by its issuer.

Some cookies can also be placed on your terminal by Unauthorized Third Parties in violation of SOFEMININE General Conditions Sale (GCS), and over which SOFEMININE companies have no control.

They are also used for monitoring the invoicing of our Partners.

They are also used for monitoring the invoicing of our Partners.
