Summer is here! Jade is going to show you some moves to work on your tummy so you look great in your swimming costume!

Summary of exercises:

Cards determine the number of repetitions.
- Squat thrust: Put hands down, jump back into push-up position, jump-in, stand-up – 10 times.
- V-Up, lay on the ground, lift up arm and opposite leg to touch toes, always extend legs.
If you can’t reach toes, bend knees.
- Push up position, bend knee to elbow, extend it and don’t touch the ground.
