What’s Aldi’s radiator reflector?
Aldi’s radiator reflector is back by popular demand: it’s a DIY fix you can cut to fit any size of radiator.
It has an internal bubble structure, measures 0.6 x 3m and features built-in adhesive strips; simply cut to size and it will fit your radiator of choice.
It works by reflecting heat back into a room instead of allowing it to be absorbed by the wall behind the radiator. Use it on walls that aren’t properly insulated.
Aldi promises this clever DIY fix can cut heat loss up to 86%, which will help lower heating bills and save energy in the home, as well as making a room feel warmer faster. And it’s only £9.99.
Even Martin Lewis is a fan: he’s spoken about how reflective panels behind radiators can redirect warmth back into rooms and prevent heat from escaping.
The foil lands in Aldi’s Specialbuys aisles on 23 October, with more ‘Warm Home’ items launching later that week.
