The 86th Academy Awards are fast approaching. The cream of the Hollywood crop are having the last touches made to their Valentino frocks and Gucci tuxedos, host of the evening Ellen DeGeneres has memorised her opening monologue, and the winner of Best Picture hangs in the balance between nine amazing films. Fortunately for us, someone had the bright idea to film these movies again – but with children! Get ready for a cuteness overload.

Can we just agree that the 12 Years a Slave section is the most precious thing ever? Children are hilarious. We also love how they keep glancing at someone behind the camera to check if they’re doing it right (directors put so much pressure on youngsters these days).

Shall we also take a moment to coo over mini Bradley Cooper with his can of hairspray? As for the Gravity skit…we didn’t realise the production rate would be so high on this! We’re not loving the Philomenia diss though – Judi Dench was in that!

Adorable, right? Tweet us @sofeminineUK
