A nervous Kyle and Stacey prepare for Alison’s visit but Stacey worries she’s made the wrong decision. It’s not long before Alison arrives but with Kyle nowhere to be found, an anxious Stacey is left alone and the topic of Brian quickly comes up. Kyle finally turns up with flowers for his mum but how will she react seeing Kyle for the first time? Stacey is delighted when Martin returns home but when alone, he is confronted by Andy who tells Martin he knows he was fired from the job and questions where his money is coming from.
It’s Sonia and Tina’s birthday but Sonia struggles to paint on a smile as she prepares for her doctor’s appointment. With a supportive Tina by her side, Sonia is given a referral to see a specialist but back in the Square, it all gets too much for Sonia who breaks down in Dot’s arms.
