John Rocha may be based in Dublin but he is regarded by many as one of the finest "British" designers who regularly shows at London Fashion Week. For summer 2010 Rocha's colour palette embraces powder blue, tangerine, pink and monochrome. Ruffles are a strong theme appearing in dresses and headwear: the movement gives the impression of petals and some of the models looked like beautiful woodland nymphs.

John Rocha's coats and jackets are always beautifully-tailored and for summer he offers us double-breasted frock coats with delicate collars, sharp-cut box black jackets, a stunning cap-sleeved version of the tuxedo and layered capes. Particularly impressive is Rocha's knitted cobweb dress which looks like it was constructed from plastic.
