Khloe Kardashian can be described as nothing less than pure fitspo. Since embarking on her fitness journey during the painful breakdown of her marriage to hubby Lamar Odom, our fave member of the Kardashian Klan has been uber vocal about her new found love for the gym. In an interview with People she revealed: "I definitely think the physical and the mental go hand in hand, I feel so good in the gym that it [affects] the rest of my day. It's a healthy addiction. It's like buying your sanity!"
Just one glance at her Instagram and Snapchat stories is proof enough that she's a total fitness addict, posting sweaty selfies and mid workout snippets a-plenty. But what about when it comes to her diet? The star said: "I want whatever is quick, so having healthy items available when I'm hungry, there's no excuse, I don't deprive myself, I'll still have a piece of cake; I just won't have two of them!" Healthy eating involving cake? Now that's something we can totally get on board with.
Documenting the journey of her changing body and lifestyle overhaul in her 2015 book 'Strong Looks Better Naked' she's now an advocate for cleaning up bad eating habits. She's put her amazing results down to a healthy diet, a new-found love for exercise and a healthy mindset. Kudos Koko, it's obviously working wonders - we've never seen the star look better and more importantly, more confident.
