Whether you've got a holiday to slim for, an IBS problem, an intolerance to wheat or just want to make your skin improve, eating right has the power to change your body for the better. We've all got questions about what to eat, what not to eat, how much to eat... the list goes on, so what if you had a nutritionist on tap to talk through all your food and diet needs? Sounds good right?

We know how complicated our relationship with food can be. No matter how high our ambitions to eat better, sometimes we could all do with a little help and guidance. That's why we've launched a whole new service on sofeminine.co.uk in association with Kellogg's Special K Granola.

Everyday from 3pm to 7pm in our Health & Fitness, Beauty and Parenting pages we have accredited nutritionists available for a live (and private) chat.

We've already been quizzing them on superfoods, pre-pregnancy diets, veganism and weight loss - and much, much more, trust us - our collection of specialist nutritionists are full of useful tips and tricks and expert information to help you tackle your nutritional concerns.

It's as simple as heading to the site (and if you're already reading this, that step is already done) and going to one of our section homepages (Health & Fitness, Beauty or Parenting) and browsing that section. After a few seconds a lil' Kellogg's branded box will pop up with a friendly hello from one of our nutritionists.

If you're keen to chat just ask them whatever you want. Your identity will always be kept totally private, no one even has to know your name.

But if you don't fancy asking any questions just click the cross and you'll be left to browse in peace. Just make sure you ask any questions before the end of the month (April), as the live nutritional chat is here for a limited time only.

Talking to a professional, registered nutritionist can help you in all manner of ways, from knowing which foods to avoid, to incorporating more balance into your diet, to giving you ideas for supplements to take or habits to break. We're already in love with this new service and are sure you will be too!

If only we could give up the sugar...
