Victoria Beckham new favourite for next H&M designer collaboration
Published on 15 November 2013
She might be stepping on Isabel Marant's toes just a little too soon but Victoria Beckham has been named the new favourite to design for H&M. Her own label SS14 collection was super chic with easy to wear shapes and flashes of fuchsia, so it's really no surprise the high street brand have their sights set on something dreamed up by Posh. Here's one fashion collaboration you won't wanna miss.
Topshop's got Kate Moss and Kate Bosworth, River Island's got Rihanna... it's a dog eat dog world out there for celebrity collections, so H&M really have to work hard to top that lot.
If the 10/1 odds are right they could be doing just that, Victoria Beckham could be the next favourite to design for the go-to high street store, following in the footsteps of fellow fashion designer Isabel Marant.
She's got stiff competition from other hot faves including Cara Delevingne, Kanye West, Prada and Alexander Wang. It's a tough call but we think this one is VB's for the taking.
After her pre-spring/summer collections landed on victoriabeckham.com yesterday there's no questioning her flare for go-to tailoring and statement arm candy.
Imagine signature totes, man-repelling mules, the trend-savvy tunics - all with H&M price tags - there's just far too much to get excited about!
There's another celebrity right on her tail for a high street collaboration - Simon Cowell is also one of the bookies favourites - but something tells us his high waisted trousers won't quite make the H&M mark... *shudders.
